This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the notifications in Rc.No.C/16/2015 dated 02.05.2016 issued by the second respondent inviting applications for appointment of Fair Price Shop Delaers of the Fair Price Shop Nos.14, 20 & 27 of T.Sundupalli Mandal, Y.S.R.District as illegal and arbitrary.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing the writ petition has become infructuous.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
