(Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Sri P.Chakravarthy, learned counsel for the petitioners, addressed letter dated 17.09.2019 to the Registry stating that he is instructed by his clients to withdraw the writ petition reserving liberty to them to avail the alternative remedy provided under the Statute in accordance with law. The request is reiterated in person by Sri P.Chakravarthy, learned counsel.

2. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
