Heard the counsel for petitioner, and Sri N. Vasudeva Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Telangana State Road Transport Corporation, for respondents.

The petitioner was employed as a contract driver in the 1st respondent-Corporation and after a disciplinary proceeding, punishment of termination of service was imposed on him by the 3rd respondent on 20.05.2013.

Thereafter, the petitioner filed an appeal on 27.08.2016 before the 2nd respondent and also sought condonation of delay in filing the said appeal.

The petitioner contends that the 2nd respondent has not disposed of the said Appeal.

Sri N. Vasudeva Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent, states that the 2nd respondent will dispose of the said Appeal within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the said Appeal within a period of two (02)
