This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioners/A.5 and A.6 to quash the proceedings in Crime No.300 of 2013 of Alipiri Police Station, Tirupati, Chittoor District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 464, 447, 448, 120-B r/w. Section 34 of IPC, but subsequently, charge sheet was filed and numbered as C.C.No.9 of 2015.

Therefore, nothing remains for adjudication by this Court in this Criminal Petition.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
