THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION NO.20979 OF 2018 ORDER:

Heard Mr. Narasimhulu Parise, counsel for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents. Petitioner prays for the following relief.

"...writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents, more particularly the 4th respondent, in not considering the petitioner's application dated 23.02.2018 submitted in Form-6A for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed in respect of the land being an extent of Acs.2.29 cents in Survey No.295/4 and Ac.0.34 cents in Survey No.295/1 situated at Medikurthivaripalli, H/O. Buragamanda Village, Sodum Mandal, Chittoor District, as illegal and contrary to the provisions of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971."

The Assistant Government Pleader, referring to written instructions, submits that Survey No.295/4 was acquired and the ex-gratia amount was also paid to Mr. A.Ramaiah S/o.Bayyanna. The petitioner and others are filing series of Writ Petitions for inclusion of their names in revenue records etc. He further submits that the fourth respondent would communicate reply on the application/representation dated 23.02.2018 within four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Statement placed on record. The Writ Petition is disposed of, accordingly. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
