THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.23227 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the first respondent in implementing the proceeding No.R5/329(17) 2015 R&T, dated 14.3.2016 by conducting review meeting with the petitioner's association with Personal Officer at Regional Level and Chief Personal Manager at Corporate Level is illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the first respondent to conduct review meeting with petitioner's association and by providing duty relief to three (3) of its members.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for APSRTC.

3. The learned standing counsel submitted that the respondents have no objection to convene the meeting provided all the Unions cooperate with the first respondent. He further submitted that the first respondent issued circular No.R5/329(17) 2015 R&T, dated 14.3.2016 to conduct the meetings.

4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also in view of the circular of the first respondent, the respondents are hereby directed to follow the procedure as contemplated under the circular No.R5/329(17) 2015 R&T, dated 14.3.2016.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed. _________________________ T.SUNIL CHOWDARY, J.
