THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.6997 OF 2005 ORDER:

1 This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring that G.O.Ms.No.713 dated 10.12.2004 and G.O.Ms.No.58 dated 21.3.2005 are illegal and arbitrary and also contrary to Article 243 of Constitution of India and further declare that the payment of salaries to the Panchayat Raj Teachers cannot be made through Treasuries.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing of the present Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3 In view of the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand dismissed.
