HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.12257 of 2013 ORDER:

This Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners in C.C.No.778 of 2011 on the file of XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad. Both parties are present in the Court and they are identified by their counsel. They filed a Memorandum of Agreement dt. 20.02.2016 filed before the Judge, Additional Family Court at Hyderabad. The terms of the Settlement are explained to the parties and they are admitted to be true and correct.

In terms of the Settlement dt. 20.02.2016, the Proceedings in C.C.No.778 of 2011 on the file of XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, are quashed.

With the above observation, this Criminal Petition is disposed of.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case, shall stand closed.
