THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.19225 of 2019 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the petitioners herein pray that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not registering the Memorandum of Deposit of Title Deed/Gift/Sale Deed/release/conveyance deed submitted by the petitioner for registration with regard to the House bearing No.31/168&169, with built up area of 2029.64 sq. feet on Plot Nos.168&169, admeasuring 206.17 sq.

yards in Sy.No.44/5 and 119 of Maqtha Mahaboobpet Village, Serilingampally Mandal, R.R. District, as highly illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to receive, register and release the Memorandum of Deposit of Title Deed/Gift Deed/Sale Deed/release/conveyance deed submitted by the petitioner after due registration relating to the House bearing No.3-1/168&169, with built up area of 2029.64 sq.feet on Plot Nos.168&169, admeasuring 206.17 sq.yards in Sy.No.44/5 and 119 of Maqtha Mahaboobpet Village, Serilingampaly Mandal, R.R. District, without reference to the notification of the District Collector dt. 26.09.2013."

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order dated 25.08.2014 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.19069 of 2014.

CKR, J W.P.No.19225 of 2019 Learned Government Pleader for Revenue does not dispute the aforesaid submission.

In those circumstances, following the above said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms thereof.

Office to annex a copy of the order dated 25.08.2014 in Writ Petition No.19069 of 2014 to this order. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
