Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. During the pendency of the writ petition it appears, the respondents 1 to 3 have restored power supply for Service Connection No.12001 03712. The statement is placed on record and the writ petition is disposed of as no further order is necessary. It is needless to observe that if the respondents intend to disconnect power supply to petitioners or take any steps in this direction, the petitioners are given liberty to work out their remedies by instituting appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in the writ petition shall stand closed.
