The appellant/accused and the de facto complainant (now suo motu impleaded as 2nd respondent in the appeal), along with their respective counsel, are present. Registry to carry out the amendment of impleading the de facto complainant as 2nd respondent in the appeal.

I.A.No.1 of 2019 is filed to permit them to record compromise for the offences under which the appellant/accused is convicted by the learned Special Sessions Judge for SC & ST (POA), 1989, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar in S.C.No.155 of 2008, by stating that they have settled the matter outside the Court amicably. 3.
In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.No.1 of 2019 is allowed. Consequently, the criminal appeal is allowed by setting aside the trial Court's judgment in S.C.No.155 of 2008, on the file of the learned Special Sessions Judge for SC & ST (POA), 1989, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar and the appellant/accused is acquitted and his bail bonds stand cancelled.
