Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. With regard to pattadar passbooks and title deeds on the basis of the registered sale deeds executed in favour of the petitioners with regard to Ac.1.63 cents in Survey No.388/1, Ac.0.97 cents in Survey No.388/3 and Ac.0.66 cents in Survey No.451/4 of Mannepalli Village, Turakapalem Grama Panchayat, Tallur Mandal, Prakasam District, the petitioner stated to have made an application in Form VI-A of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 (for short, 'the Act') in June, 2014.

On a count of inaction, he also stated to have made a representation to the Sub-Collector, Kandukur, Prakasam District, but alleging that no steps are being taken by the Tahsildar, Tallur Mandal, Prakasam District, the 4th respondent, the present Writ Petition is filed.
