HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.9578 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the order dated 16.02.2016 directing the petitioner to remove the cell tower. A perusal of the order dated 16.02.2016 would leave no manner of doubt that the reasons stated therein for directing the petitioner to remove the cell tower can hardly be a reason which can be sustained in law.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition is allowed setting aside the order dated 16.02.2016 issued by the 2nd respondent. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
