On 25-11-2011 it was represented by learned counsel for the petitioner that sole petitioner died and requires time to get the legal representatives on record. Again when the matter came up on 21-06-2013, it was adjourned on the same ground. Today, also learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to get the LRs of the petitioner on record. Though five years have elapsed, no steps are taken to bring the LRs record.

2. In the circumstances, the civil revision petition is dismissed as abated. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall also stand dismissed.
