THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.19224 of 2019 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not registering the documents in respect of Plot No.13 admeasuring 500 sq.yards in Survey No.5/3, situated at Raidurg Panmaktha Village, Serilingampally Mandal, R.R. District, basing on the alleged notification dated 26.09.2013 of the 6th respondent which is already set-aside by this Hon'ble Court as being illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently to direct the respondents to register documents of the petitioners in respect of Plot No.13 admeasuring 500 sq.yards in Survey No.5/3, situated at Raidurg Panmaktha Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, without reference to the proceedings of the 6th respondent dated 26.09.2013."
When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the issue in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order dated 25.08.2014 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.19069 of 2014. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue does not dispute the aforesaid submission.
CKR, J W.P.No.19224 of 2019 In those circumstances, following the above said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms thereof.
Office to annex a copy of the order dated 25.08.2014 in Writ Petition No.19069 of 2014 to this order. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
