This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience to the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.7159 of 2022, dated 10.02.2022, whereby this Court has directed the parties to maintain status quo with regard to the possession of the subject land. The respondent No.2 - 'Iahsildar, Dharmaram Mandal, has filed a counter-aff idavit stating that she neither entered into the subject land nor tried to dispossess the petitioner from the subject iand and she has not violated the order of this Court dated 10.02.2022.
