In view of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of W.P.M.P.No.50748 of 2015, the petition is ordered. Consequently, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
