Aggrieved by the action of respondent No.4 - Gram Panchayat, in threatening to dispossess the petitioner from the subject land without following the due process of law, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 4th respondent, on instructions, submits that only one house is constructed in the subject land, and the authorities of the Gram Panchayat are not interfering with the possession of the petitioner, and there is a private dispute in respect of the subject land, as such Gram Panchayat is not involved in the issue. Heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj for respondents 1 to 3.
Recording the above submission of the learned Standing Counsel for the 4th respondent - Gram Panchayt, writ petition is disposed of. It is made clear that this order will not preclude the 4th respondent from taking appropriate action in accordance with law, if there are any statutory violations.
