THE HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER AND THE HON'BLE SMT.JUSTICE JUVVADI SRIDEVI FAMILY COURT APPEAL No.302 OF 2013 JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Dr.SA,J) This appeal, under Section 19(1) of the Family Courts Act, is filed by the appellant, aggrieved by the order, dated 24.02.2011 passed in O.P.No.798 of 2008 by the learned Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B.Nagar, whereby the subject O.P. filed by the appellant, under Section 25 of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890, seeking custody of the minor children viz., Shaik Tabrej and Shaik Arbaaz, from the respondent, was dismissed.

No representation for both sides. Perused the record. 3.

The subject O.P. was filed by the appellant herein seeking custody of minor children viz., Shaik Tabrej and Shaik Arbaaz, who were aged about 8 years and 7 years, respectively, as on the date of filing of the O.P i.e, 27.06.2007. As on today, both the children have attained the age of majority. Therefore, the cause in the appeal does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, this Family Court Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
