This writ petition is filed for a mandamus declaring the notice in Lr.No.102015B, dated 30-12-2014 and consequential tender notification in Lr.No.102015B, dated 24-03-2015 on the file of the 4th respondent-Gram Panchayat as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to direct the 4th respondent-Gram Panchayat to renew the lease period of the petitioners shop Nos.1 to 6 for further period of three years by enhancing the lease rent. 2 . Sri Ravi Cheemalapati, learned standing counsel for the 4th respondent stated that the petitioners have participated in the auction and they were

declared as successful bidders and consequently, they were continuing as such and hence, the cause in the writ petition no longer survives and has become infructuous.
