When the matter was called on 7.11.2015 learned counsel for the petitioner was absent and there was no representation on his behalf. Even today, when the case is called learned counsel for the petitioner is absent and there is no representation on his behalf.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
