THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.2076 of 2015 ORDER:

In W.P. No.27814/2015, this Court passed an order on 07.09.2015 directing the respondents 2 and 3 therein to release the stock to the petitioner so long as her authorisation is valid and in force.

Now, the counter affidavit is filed by respondent No.1 stating that pursuant to the aforesaid order, the petitioner is being supplied the essential commodities in respect of Vavilla-I (Shop No.6) for distribution among the cardholders with effect from September 2015. In the above circumstances, this Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
