Learned counsel appearing for petitioners filed WPMP No. 35029 of 2015 seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition on the same cause of action.

Permission is accorded as sought.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is given to the petitioners to file a fresh Writ Petition on the same cause of action. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
