Learned counsel for the petitioner states that this writ petition has become infructuous, and no further orders need to be passed as the term of the Committee constituted consisting of respondents 2 to 12 by the 1st respondent, which was for a period of two years, is over. This submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is not disputed by the learned Standing Counsel for the 1st respondent. 2.

In view of the same, recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
