THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.19276 of 2019 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in interfering with the family disputes of the petitioners. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions dt.05.09.2019 submitted by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Sangareddy Town P.S., Sangareddy District. To the extent of their relevance to the present writ petition, the said instructions read as under;

"It is submitted that the allegations made by the petitioner the Circle Inspector of Police called him over phone on 05.08.2019 is false and denied herewith as the CircleInspector has never tried to call the petitioner on phone. It is submitted that the allegations made by the petitioner that one police constable has called him 20.08.2019 is also false and denied herewith, as no police personnel from Sangareddy Town called the petitioner on phone. It is submitted that there is no complaint given against the petitioner by any individual and the respondent police never called the petitioner to police station and till today no case is registered against the petitioner." Learned counsel for the petitioners disputes the same. In view of the same, recording the aforesaid written instructions submitted by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent police not to interfere

with the life and liberty of the petitioners, except in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
