No representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.

Learned Government pleader produced the order passed by the respondents in compliance of the direction issued by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal (for short 'the Tribunal').

The Tribunal allowed the O.A., setting aside the charge memo issued against the petitioner and consequently directed to release all terminal benefits of the applicant. 4.

Vide G.O.Rt.No.134 dated 12.03.2016 Government passed orders in compliance of the directions issued. Separate orders are passed sanctioning the Earned Leave, pension payment orders and orders releasing pensionary benefits. 5.

As the orders of the Tribunal are complied, this Contempt case (TR) is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
