HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P.No.25464, 26555 & 26830 OF 2000 COMMON ORDER Heard Sri G.Ravi Mohan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, Learned Government Pleader for Labour appearing for the 1st respondent and Sri S.Krishna, learned counsel appearing for respondents 2 and 3.

Since the issue involved in all these writ petitions is one and the same, they are being disposed of by this common order.

It is the case of the petitioners that the workmen were terminated by the petitioner-Management after following the due process of law; in spite of that the workmen had filed applications under Section 2-A (2) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (for short 'the Act'), before the Industrial Tribunalcum-Labour Court, Warangal, which, vide its common Award dated 06.07.2000, directed the petitioner-Management to reinstate the workmen into service, with continuity of service, however, without back wages; that against the common award, W.P.Nos.24606 of 2000 & batch were filed and the same were dismissed by this Court vide orders dated 02.12.2010; that challenging the said orders, the petitioner-

Management carried the matter in appeal by filing W.A.No.638 of 2011 & batch before a Division Bench of this Court and that the Division Bench vide order dated 23.09.2011 dismissed the said writ petitions; that aggrieved by the said orders, the petitioner-Management had carried the matter to the Apex Court by filing SLP and the Apex Court vide its order 09.05.2012 granted liberty to the petitioner to file a review in the writ appeals; that accordingly, the petitionerManagement filed review petitions before the Division Bench of this Court; that the Division Bench vide orders 28.01.2013 had disposed of the same directing the petitionerManagement to pay an amount of Rs.1,50,000/- to each of the workmen in lieu of reinstatement.

Learned counsel on either side submits that the issue raised in all these writ petitions is squarely covered vide order dated 28.01.2013 passed by the Division Bench in Rev.W.A.M.P.Nos.2100 of 2012 in W.A.No.638 of 2011 & batch and hence, the present writ petitions be disposed of in terms of the said order.

Following the said order dated 28.01.2013 passed in Rev.W.A.M.P.Nos.2100 of 2012 in W.A.No.638 of 2011 & batch, all the writ petitions are disposed of directing the petitionerManagement to pay an amount of Rs.1,50,000/- to each

workmen in lieu of reinstatement, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
