It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that in the present matter the concerned police having completed the investigation filed charge sheet against the 1st petitioner/A1 and the petitioners 2 to 7/A2 to A7 have not been charge sheeted and hence the matter has become infructuous.

Recording the above submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
