This Civil Revision Petition is filed, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the docket order, dated 12.04.2016 passed in I.A No.730 of 2015 in O.S.No.34 of 2013 on the file of Junior Civil Judge, Dharmavaram, Anantapuram District. 2.

Today, this Court allowed the connected C.R.P.No.3212 of 2016 by permitting the petitioner to recall P.W.1. In view of orders passed in the said Civil Revision Petition, no elaborate order is necessary in this petition.

In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed setting aside the docket order, dated 12.04.2016, in I.A.No.730 of 2015 in O.S.No.34 of 2013 on the file of Junior Civil Judge, Dharmavaram. Consequently, I.A.No.730 of 2015 in O.S.No.34 of 2013 is allowed reopening the matter for the purpose of recalling P.W.1 for crossexamination.
