Today, when the case is taken up for hearing, though the matter is posted under the caption 'For Orders', learned counsel for the petitioners is absent and there is no representation.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for default/ non-prosecution. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
