This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the Station House Officer, I Town Police Station, Kothagudem, Bhadradri Kothagudem District, the 4th respondent, in not registering the crime on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 28.06.2019, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner now submits that crime is registered on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and no further orders are required to be passed in the Writ Petition. 3.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, filed in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
