ORDER :
On the allegation of unauthorized absence from duty, petitioner was placed under suspension by order dated 24.6.2019. Questioning the said order, the present writ petition is filed. 2.
According to the petitioner, she was suffering with serious gynecological problem, which required immediate medical attention and further follow up, therefore, she could not attend the duty and the said fact was also informed to the higher authorities. Learned counsel for petitioner contends that suspension is wholly illegal and is nothing but victimization. In support of her claim, petitioner placed on record the documents to show that she is unwell and require urgent medical attention. Learned counsel for petitioner further submits that questioning the suspension order, petitioner preferred appeal before the appellate authority and the same is pending.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent-appellate authority to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by duly considering the health condition of the petitioner. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
