This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of the Criminal Procedure, 1973, to direct the IV Additional Metropolitan Magistrate-cum-IV Additional Junior Civil Judge, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District at LB Nagar to dispose of CC.No.358 of 2014 at the earliest.

In view of the above prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Petition is disposed and the IV Additional Metropolitan Magistrate-cum-IV Additional Junior Civil Judge, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District at LB Nagar, is directed to dispose of the CC.No.358 of 2014, preferably, within a period of six (6) months from today without giving any unnecessary adjournments.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
