HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.39476 of 2012 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of the fourth respondent, Inspector of Police, Kaghaznagar (T) Police Station, Adilabad District, in issuing notice dated 11.12.2012 to the petitioner. 2.

When the writ petition came up for consideration, the learned Government Pleader for Home, on the basis of the written instructions dated 27.12.2012, submitted that the fourth respondent did not issue any notice to the petitioner on 11.12.2012 or on any other date. He also submitted that the fourth respondent left the police station on 10.12.2012 for attending a training programme on cyber crimes at Cyber Crime Police Station, Hyderabad, from 11.12.2012 to 14.12.2012 and in view of the same, the issuance of notice with his signature on 11.12.2012 does not arise.

3. In view of the statement made by the fourth respondent, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.

4. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
