THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT CONTEMPT CASE No.952 of 2014 ORDER:

Mr. V.V. Prabhakar Rao, appearing for respondent, placed on record Lr.No.B/001/2016 dated 21.06.2016. According to him, the communication reports full compliance of the order of the Court.

2. Mr. K. Venkatesh, appearing for petitioner, submits that there are a few aspects on which the petitioner has grievance and by giving liberty to either make representation or challenge the aforesaid letter, the contempt case may be closed.

By placing on record the above submission, the contempt case is closed by granting liberty as prayed for by Mr. K. Venkatesh. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
