AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT Writ Petition No.31204 of 2015 PC: (Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) This Habeas Corpus writ petition seeks production of one Prudhvi Simha, S/o. Jaya Simha.

Mr. P.N. Arun Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that Prudhvi Simha was shown as accused in Crime No. 56 of 2015 registered at Venkatapuram Police Station and that he surrendered before the police on 23.9.2015. He further submits that yesterday he has been released on bail. In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the writ petition.
