THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P. No.16229 of 2017 ORDER:

Mr.C.M.R.Velu by referring to cist receipts, extracts of SLR and photographs allegedly evidencing possession of petitioners, tried to convince the Court for an order restraining the respondents from interfering with the alleged possession and enjoyment of petitioners.

Mr.Velu after realizing the gap between the documents on which he relies upon and the assertion of petitioner, does not press the prayer and seeks liberty to obtain all copies and thereafter workout the remedies available in accordance with law.

The statement is placed on record.

Writ petition is accordingly dismissed by granting liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
