The Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy Writ Petition No.32986 of 2012 Dated 09.09.2015 Between:

Sabbella Veerayamma ... Petitioner and AP Eastern Power Distribution Corporation Ltd., rep. by its Managing Director, Anaparthy, EG District and 2 others

...Respondents

Counsel for the petitioner: Mr.K.Gani Reddy Counsel for respondent Nos.1 & 2: Mr.M.Ravindra Counsel for respondent No.3: None appeared The Court made the following:

O r d e r :

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents, in disconnecting power supply to the petitioner's service connection bearing No.14412 0313 002831 in premises bearing Door No.2-224, Musallabbayilu Doddi Street, Balabhadrapuram Village, Biccavole Mandal, East Godavari District, without notice, as

illegal and arbitrary. The petitioner sought for a consequential direction to respondent No.2 to restore power supply to the aforesaid service connection.

The notice sent to respondent No.3 has been returned with the endorsement "addressee left without instructions'. As the notice was sent through registered post to the last known address of respondent No.3, the same is deemed to have been served.

At the hearing, Mr.M.Ravindra, learned Standing Counsel for the Andhra Pradesh Eastern Power Distribution Corporation Limited (for short 'the APEPDCL') submitted that in view of the dispute between the petitioner and respondent No.3, the power supply to the petitioner's service connection was disconnected at the instance of respondent No.3 and that in pursuance of the interim direction granted by this Court on 21-112012, the power supply has been restored. With the restoration of power supply, the grievance, with which the petitioner has filed this

Writ Petition, has got redressed. Hence, the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and the same is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WVMP.No.478 of 2014 and WPMP.No.41995 of 2012 are disposed of as infructuous.
