Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.

2. With the consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

3. The writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of Mandamus to declare the proceedings issued by respondent No.3 in Ref.No.APA/ALP/CMB/2014/2999, dated 09.12.2014, in declaring the petitioner fit for the original job without conducting proper medical examination as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently, to grant the consequential benefits.

4. Though the writ petition is filed urging various grounds, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his case seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation to be made by the petitioner for his medical examination to declare him as unfit for further continuance in the services of the respondent Corporation at the earliest.

5. Without going into the merits of the case and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to make a representation within a period of two (2) weeks from today and also directing the respondents to dispose of the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law and taking regard to the order, dated 30.9.2015, passed in W.P.No.31497 of 2015 of this Court, as early as possible, preferably, within a period

of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
