Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for respondents.

The petitioner was appointed as Conductor in the respondent Corporation in the year 1992 in Visakhapatnam region. Thereafter, he was transferred to Guntur region in the year 1998. In the year 2000, he was transferred to Nalgonda region, and while working in Nalgonda region, he was sent to Guntur region on deputation in the year 2008. The petitioner worked there till 2011. When he was working in Guntur region, he was issued a charge sheet on 25.06.2009 alleging some cash and ticket irregularities, for which, the petitioner submitted his explanation on 11.07.2009. An enquiry was conducted and the Enquiry Officer submitted his report on 05.09.2009. Basing on the enquiry report, a show cause notice was issued to the petitioner on 07.10.2009 and the service of the petitioner was terminated by proceedings of the fourth respondent dated 02.11.

2009. Challenging the said order of termination, the petitioner preferred an appeal to the third respondent, who by his order dated 22.01.2010, set aside the order of termination and reinstated the petitioner into service with a punishment of reduction of pay by two incremental stages for a period of two years.

on 08.11.2010 before the second respondent and it is pending till today.

In the circumstances, this Court is not inclined to consider the merits of the case, but directs the second respondent to consider the review petition filed by the petitioner on 08.11.2010 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
