When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent had informed that the relief sought by the petitioner was only for a specific period i.e., from 1st September, 2019 to 8th November, 2019 and with the passage of time, the cause in the writ petition does not survive. 2.

None appeared for the petitioner.

In view of the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, this Court is of the considered view that the cause in the writ petition does not survive, as the relief sought by the petitioner was only for a specific period of time i.e., from 1st September, 2019 to 8th November, 2019. Therefore, the relief, at this point of time, cannot be granted.
