HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.19264 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.1 and 2 in not considering the claim of petitioner for promotion to the post of Assistant Labour Officer, Zone-V, Warangal, on the ground of pendency of charge memo, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and sought consequential directions directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion in the existing vacancies without reference to the said charge memo.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the parties that this writ petition is covered to be disposed of in terms of the orders of this Court in W.P.No.2259 of 2019, dated 06.02.2019.

In view of the same, for the reasons recorded in the order dated 06.02.2019 in W.P.No.2259 of 2019, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Assistant Labour Officer, Zone-V, Warangal, strictly in terms of G.O.Ms.No.257, dated 10.06.1999 and pass appropriate orders within a period of Six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
