Mr.Syed Khader Mastan argued the writ petition for considerable length of time.

The writ prayer reads as follows:

:.... Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the 2nd and 3rd respondents in not taking appropriate action as per law against the 6th respondent by conducting enquiry in pursuance of petitioner's representation dated 24.7.2012 and consequently; a) direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to conduct enquiry in pursuance of petitioner's representation dated 24.7.2012 as per law. b) direct the 1st respondent to pay a compensation of Rs.

10,00,000/- for the brutal torture committed on the petitioner by the 6th respondent. c) direct the 2nd respondent to conduct departmental enquiry against the 6th respondent in pursuance of the petitioner's representation dated 24.7.2012.."

It is not for this Court in a given case can consider and grant appropriate relief to petitioner. From the very nature of allegations made in the affidavit, these allegations are to be tried and decided and the petitioner can raise the same grievance before any other authority including Human Rights Commission. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed by leaving it open to petitioner to work out the remedies before an authority or A.P. Human Rights Commission. No order as to costs.
