THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9448 OF 2017 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for petitioner/A1 of Crime No.164 of 2017 of Nampally Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 of IPC and Section 20(2) of C.O.T.P. Act, 2003 and also heard the learned public prosecutor, representing the respondent - State and perused the grounds urged in the quash petition and the contents of the panchanama, from which the crime is registered.

There is nothing to interdict the investigation, but for to say, pending investigation, the police shall not arrest the petitioner, however, it will not prevent the police to secure presence of the petitioner, for purpose of investigation, as and when required.

Accordingly and with the above direction, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence.
