Heard learned counsel for petitioners/ accused Nos.2 and 4 in Crime No.44 of 2017 of Tadimarri Police Station, Anantapuram District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 353 and 506 r/w 34 IPC of the occurrence alleged on 06.08.2017 from the report dated 07.08.2017 by V.Nallappa, PC.2532 of SHO Tadimarri, when he and B.Janardhan were deputed to provide bundobust for canal survey and when the survey was going on, the accused were caused obstruction and unheeded their words to convince them by saying how they would perform their duty. 2) Accused Nos.1 and 3, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody were already enlarged on bail. 3) Taking into consideration of the fact that these petitioners are ladies, the investigation shall go on but the petitioners/ accused Nos.2 and 4 shall not be arrested till filing of final report. However, whenever their presence is required in the course of investigation, they shall appeal before the concerned police authorities.
4) Accordingly, the criminal Petition is disposed of, without prejudice to avail all the defences to urge after filing final report by police.
5) Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
