This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.295 of 2017 from the file of XIV Additional District Court-cum-Family Court at Vijayawada, Krishna District, and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court at Gurajala, Guntur District.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Family Court, Vijayawada, dismissed H.M.O.P.No.295 of 2017 for default. In view of the dismissal of the main O.P., no further orders are necessary in this transfer petition.

Hence, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
