No representation for the petitioner-accused. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh would represent that on charge sheet being filed, the learned Special Judicial First Class Magistrate, Srikakulam, has taken cognizance and assigned P.R.C.No.2 of 2016, and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous at the admission stage itself.
