ORAL ORDER:

Against the wrong entries made in the revenue records concerning Ac.30.13 guntas in Survey No. 113, 114 and 115 Palwai village, Maldakal mandal, Jogulamba Gadwal district writ petitioner filed revision before the Joint Collector in the year 2014 and the same was numbered as D1/106/2014. The Joint Collector granted interim order in favour of petitioner on 3.11.2015. According to learned counsel for petitioner, there after there is no progress. Alleging inaction, this writ petition is filed.

Since, revision is pending before the Joint Collector, this Court is not inclined to keep the writ petition pending. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, writ petition is disposed of directing the Joint Collector to finalise the revision pending before him after affording due opportunity to the petitioner and respondents. It is made clear that all the claims of the respondents before the revisional authority are preserved and respondents are entitled to raise the same. The revision petition shall be disposed of in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
