Heard the learned counsel for petitioner, Sri R. Vinod Reddy, the learned Standing Counsel for the Telangana State Southern Power Distribution Company Limited for respondent Nos.l to 4, Sri P. Shiv Kumar, the learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.5, and Sri Pasham Krishna Reddy, the learned Standing Counsel for GHMC for respondent Nos.6 and 7. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed ol at the stage of admission. The main grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that respondent Nos.3 and 4 are not considering his representations dated 1,9 .1O.2020 and 1 1 . 1 I .2O2O for restoration of electricity supply to the Service Connection uide USC )t I No.29774186 in respect of the Shed situated at H.No.8-14-12l4lA' Shastripuram, Mailardevpally Village, Rajendra Nagar, Ranga Reddy District.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the petitioner is the owner of the subject premises and he has given the same on rent for the purpose of godown for storing weiding iron rods and that due to the present pandemic situation and the subsequent lockdown, the tenant has closed the godorvn l'earned counsel further states that on 07.O9.2020' the respondent authorities have disconnected the power supply to the subject premises without issuing any notice The learned counsel furthcr states that the petitioner has made representations to the respondents on 19 .LO.2O2O and 1 l.ll .2O2O for restoration of power supply. But, the respondents have not taken any action so far.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the official respondents to restore the power supply to the premises in question within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to mention that the petitioner shall not carry out any commercial activity in the subject premises. In case the respondents find that the petitioner has violated any of the terms and conditions of the service connection, they are entitled to take necessary action against him strictly in accordance with lau'. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
