Learned counsel for petitioner made an endorsement on the petition seeking to withdraw the Criminal Petition with a liberty to raise all the contentions before the trial court.

Permission is accorded and liberty is granted. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
